Steven Harris

Steven Harris

CEO and President Steven Harris has been dedicated to the legal industry for over 25 years. Starting out as a legal assistant, he then became a registered private investigator and compliance agent thru the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) and has continued to serve in the investigation and process service industry for the last 16 years. After providing his energy and expertise as a founding member and Secretary for Mid-Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers (MAAPPS), Steve was elected and served as MAAPPS President in November 2013. He is now serving as the Immediate Past President.  In addition, he is a member of Private Officer International, Professional Investigators and Security Association (PISA), National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA), Commonwealth of Virginia Association of Professional Process Servers (CoVAPPS) and New Jersey Professional Process Servers Association (NJPPSA). He is also an active member of the National Public Records Research Association (NPRRA) and the Public Record Retriever Network (PRRN). He was also recently interviewed in The Suit Magazine spotlighting him in the investigation field.


Laura Creekmore

Laura Creekmore is the Manager of the Process Service Department and oversees all aspects of our process service clients and cases. Laura has a long history in the legal industry, starting as a Legal Assistant for attorneys practicing in various fields of law from 1985 through 2002. Since then she has taken on new roles, including process server and field manager.


Tony Stefano

Tony Stefano

As the Manager of the Investigations Department, Tony not only oversees all investigations and courthouse research, but enjoys completing the research himself as well. His experience is unparalleled with regards to investigations – Tony earned over twenty years working for the Judge Advocate General’s Corp (U.S. Army), U.S. Attorney’s Office (Major Crimes Division) and the Defense Investigative Service in the U.S. Department of Defense. In 1993, he transferred to private business and has served as private investigator, security officer, DCJS certified instructor, private process server, courthouse researcher, and skip tracer.
