Can I cancel the service?
Yes, you can without any fees, as long as the service has not been processed (i.e. entered into our service database). If the service has already been processed but not in the field, there is a $25.00 processing fee. If the service is already in the field, we will attempt to cancel the service, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be made prior to the first attempt of the service. If the first attempt is made prior to the cancellation, there is no refund of the original fee.

I canceled the service but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following statement, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Due to so many variables, we are unable to give an accurate completion time on services. However, the following are timelines associated with the service levels we offer so that you can select the timeframe that best suits your needs:
- Standard/Routine Service - first attempt is made within four (4) business days
